What is an eSIM? +
A digital SIM built into your phone. There is no physical card to replace.
When does my plan activate? +
Install the eSIM before departure. At your destination, select the HopOn line for mobile data; the plan activates automatically on a covered network.
Is my phone compatible? +
Most recent iOS and Android smartphones support eSIM. Make sure your device is unlocked.
How will I receive it? +
After payment confirmation, the QR code, installation instructions and paid invoice are sent automatically by email.
Can I top up my eSIM? +
Yes, if it was purchased on HopOn. Select “Top up my eSIM”, enter the email used for the purchase and choose a new plan. An eSIM from another provider cannot be topped up on HopOn.
